Granite Links Awarded Four Stars / Best Places to Play

Golf Digest, in partnership with ESPN, invited on-line readers to rate America's publicly accessible golf courses to reveal the Best Places to Play state by state. 

Granite Links scored an impressive four stars with just a handful of other Massachusetts courses (likeTaconic Golf Club in Williamstown and Farm Neck Golf Club on Martha's Vineyard) receiving a slightly higher 4 1/2 stars.

3 Stars Very Good.  Tell a friend it's worth getting off the highway to play. 
4 Stars Outstanding.  Plan your next vacation around it. 
5 Stars  Superb.  Golf at its absolute best. Pay any price to play at least once in your life.

In all, 114 Massachusetts golf courses appeared in this 2008/2009 Golf Digest/ESPN on-line rating. A minimum of ten reader ratings was required for inclusion.
