As the name indicates, this is a links style course, situated atop what were once actively mined quarries. Remnants of the quarries will be revealed on the course in the form of granite outcroppings and some rather impressive water hazards – some of which run 40 to 400 feet deep!
Links style courses originated in Scotland, where the game of golf was invented. Links courses were typically built close to the ocean and are known to be sparse of tree and rich in wind. They also characteristically have challenging roughs.
At Granite Links, you’ll find all of these features, but with our own modern day lush interpretations.

Granite Links' $1,000,000 contest will take place on Summer Sundays June-August, from 2pm to 5pm at the Granite Links driving range. For a $10 registration fee, each contestant will be given three tries at hitting a golf ball into a target net from 100yds. away. All proceeds will be donated to junior golf. Each contestant that hits a ball into the net will receive a FREE Titleist Vokey Spin Milled Wedge (each participant can only win once) and they will also be entered into the Shootout Finals on September 12th
for a chance to win One Million Dollars!
Winners from each week will return on September 12 to compete in a 100yd shot into the net to determine the one finalist who gets 2 shots to try to win One Million Dollars.
